Not so long ago I was flipping bottles and waiting tables for 10-12 hours a night. Wearing short black dresses, dreading serving the monster truck rally and had no idea what the heck I was going to do with my life. Jumping from management back to server time and time again, I needed something to change.
At the age of 29, I invested my first $10,000 into my business coach, I wish I could tell you I made my first 6 figures in 6 hours and now I live Bali with my husband while working one hour a day. But, thats what instagram wants us to think. After that initial investment I was still lost confused and felt like I was missing something. So I tried again, and again and 100x more. I learned everything I could about business and 2+ years later I am now the happiest + abudant I have ever been.

Starting out as a fitness coach myself I know how hard it is growing your own business from nothing. Not knowing where your next client is coming from, not having consistent sales month to month and having to listen to your friends and family fill you with doubt.
